About Dreamers

Brought to life by Iamani Julien, a proud HBCU graduate of Norfolk State University.

Dreamers is an ongoing installation of HBCU culture in physical print. 

It showcases HBCU students and alumni through a presentation that is positive, tasteful, and inspiring. I really wanted it to be a coffee table type of book that can be picked up by anyone, HBCU adjacent or not, and they can see a part of themselves or just open their eyes to a whole world that is still emerging, for years to come.

This book not only brings more attention and awareness to HBCUs but also serves as an example that creatives are worth investing in. Creatives with new ideas, creating physical media in the modern day, and highlighting black students and alumni on an even greater scale.
